The 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you purchase any Story to Strength product and you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund your payment in full. No hoops. No lengthy back and forth. No hard feelings.

Email contact@holdingdoors.com with the subject line Refund Request along with your name and purchase date. We will process it promptly.

What This Covers

This guarantee covers both Story to Strength products. Just For You at $189 and The Published Edition at $249. It also covers Single Session coaching purchases if the session has not yet taken place.

What It Does Not Cover

Coaching sessions that have already occurred are non-refundable. After 30 days from your purchase date, all sales are final.

The 90-Day Completion Commitment

Our team targets delivery of your completed manuscript within 90 days of your final question submission. That timeline is intentional. It reflects the reality that real people are reading your answers, shaping your structure, writing your chapters, editing your voice, and making sure the final product is something you can be proud of. If this were automated, it could be done overnight. It is not automated. It takes time because it is done right.
